Emotional Intelligence (EI) plays a critical role in how individuals manage stress, build resilience, and maintain overall well-being. As part of my research on Designing for Emotional Intelligence, I examined how digital products can integrate EI principles to create more meaningful user experiences. The CALM app served as a primary case study, allowing me to analyze its current offerings and identify opportunities for improvement. To deepen this exploration, I conducted a survey with 20 elite participants aged 28–45, uncovering valuable insights into user needs, preferences, and market gaps.
